Poor service. I sent my laundry for dry cleaning and it came back dirty, just as I sent it. When I asked why, they said I only asked for ironing. They even called me a liar. Zero customer service.

I'm living in this building since 2019. There's good service from the team!!! But since you changed the staff, the service quality has declined.
