The service and staff were terrible. I received a lot of disrespect from an employee. It seemed like they were fasting for Ramadan, but it's not an excuse for such behavior. I felt like I was treated poorly and felt like I was being yelled at.
The customer service at this place is not good. They don't have a phone number to contact them and they are very unresponsive to emails. They can't even answer basic questions. It's frustrating and not helpful at all.
I had a fast response and great customer care from the sales team. They were experienced and perform well in their job. I am happy with the service I received.
