I tried calling the Galleria mall branch but no one picked up the call. That tells me a lot about their customer service. I had always used Lari exchange and thought I'd give Al Ansari exchange a chance but it looks like nothing has changed.
I was trying to follow up on my transaction, this branch never answer a call, tried for days many calls all day but useless never someone pick up the phone
Only 2 persons working, line of people waiting outside. Workers in exchange are so slow its ridiculous. Most unefficient exchange shop i have ever seen.
Worst customer service, nobody cares about helping you out.

The wait time was extremely long, I had to wait for almost an hour to get my currency exchanged.
