WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE at this branch. Requested a pair of shoes to try on to this one staff. We were observing her and waited for the pair. We saw her coming in and out of the stock room but when she comes out, she assists other customers instead. We approached her again and reminded her about the shoes we asked for. She just ignored us and seemed uninterested in helping. We decided to leave and will never go back to this branch again.
I went to Aldo MOE branch to buy shoes. Me and my partner asked one staff to get my size Multiple times but she kept on ignoring us. The first time we asked her, she left us thinking that she'll go to the stock room to get my size but we waited for 15 minutes and she didn't come back with the shoes. We tried asking her again but still no response. In the end, we left empty-handed and extremely disappointed with the service. Will never visit this branch again.
