They are taking too much higher price in the name of Toyota. They want you to buy everything from their Group like vehicle insurance, scratch insurance, service contract for 3-4 years and so on. They call it offers and advertise reduction.
Very insulting behavior by the staff, we have been waiting for 30 minutes no one there to attend us. No customer care at all.
The worst car workshop, They have ruined my brand-new Lexus by throwing it out in the sun for 1 week with windows opened and killed my battery and above all, it rained for 2 days, I guess that was enough to make the car salvage... Thank you Al-futtaim automotive. I'll make sure this is escalated to Lexus Japan.
