I purchased gear pumps from Ali Yaqoob on 14/5/14. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Subin was great, he guided me to the right pumps for my application. I have been cheated in the past by other suppliers that have sold me fake products, but Ali Yaqoob gave me genuine pumps. I highly recommend them.

I have had a small misunderstanding, however, what initially started as an unpleasant struggle, revealed that the company truly puts the customer first, and eventually turned into a start of a good relationship with a company with a lot of potential. I am happy with the resolution and would recommend Ali Yaqoob.
