Worst Customer service experience, and very arrogant speech. We sent our projector 3 weeks back, but till now no updates. I just called that customer care number and a lady received the call with very bad behavior.
Worst Customer service experience, we sent our printer 1 week back and received it without any repair but they charged us a huge amount for service. If the printer is not working and you are charging a client service fee, what is the purpose of your fee? We will recommend everyone to stay away from them.
INCOMPETENT STAFF. I called to get support for my HP printer. They checked and called back to say that it's under warranty and sent me a location to drop it off. When I dropped it off, they told me that they don't repair this model. You'd think they would have known that from the beginning.
