Very poor delivery service. I placed an order and it took them almost 50 minutes to deliver it, when I called to check and know what’s taking them so long only to be told that they’ve not even packed my order and the staff that handles the phone is very rude. As a customer, I am very disappointed with the service you provide.
Very bad delivery service. Not responding for the call or WhatsApp messages. If we order, they will reply after 4 hours, then telling no stock of the item. Very bad management. Please take care of these staff and keep good trained staff so customers will be happy to come to your store.
Whenever I call for delivery, they answer immediately and deliver my order on time. And the staff who delivered is always polite.
