The best furniture company ever, the management has been changed nine months ago and the new one is very cooperative and respectful. I furnished my Living room five months ago and I'm really satisfied with the result, the manager and the staff were very helpful in assisting me with choosing the right furniture and ensuring it was delivered on time.
This company is a scammers. They tricked us into buying 2 beds from their catalog and promised us that it will be 98% the same. First bed arrived 1 month later and it looks nothing as we ordered. We paid 19200 aed for this piece of ****.
The furniture was the right fit for our villa, excellent quality, sturdy and durable. The customer service was exceptional in all aspects, especially when helping to decide on the correct furniture and specific measurements for the unique layout of our living room. Definitely recommend Ambiance Furniture!
