I was serviced by counter 4, a lady called Salama. She went an extra mile just to provide an extra ordinary customer service and all finished in just few minutes. Excellent customer service, Would appreciate if I can find out her full name.
The service is mostly quick with short waiting time usually 5 minutes. The typest also usually finish the request quickly so if you are lucky you can finish within 10 to 15 minutes depending on the transactions you are doing.
The staff is extremely helpful n specially at the reception. They r more knowledgeable. They hv supervisors who constantly monitor the staff n customer relations.. offer help n make sure that no customer is waiting too long
