The old guy sitting at the token counter at the entrance should retire first of all, he behaves the way government officials behave in India. I visited this place on 5/6/23 and told the old guy about my query he showed me a very rude attitude. He needs to be replaced with someone more polite and helpful.
We requested EID details changes and paid, it's been 1 week now and still no changes have been made. We need to process our child's documents and the delay is causing a lot of inconvenience. No one answers their landline for any follow-ups.
Now at the time I am writing this comment, the place is full. There are 4 working desks and the ladies are busy with their phones and taking a very long time to finish with each customer. They are not professional at all. They also have a few favorite customers whom they prioritize over others. This is not fair and needs to be addressed.
