Went to get a new born visa done and even though i wanted it within a few days as I had to travel, the application was not done right by the person there whose name I believe is Ahmed. He wasn’t very supportive and just wanted to do things.
The worst service I ever had in UAE, they gave me wrong information which cost me money, they asked for each document few times and people answering the phone are completely unaware of how they can help, it seems they send all their.
I came to apply for my son renewal for visa. 1st star is for the lady who attended us. She was very nice, polite and finished my application smoothly and quickly. 2nd star is for the manager or supervisor who kept pushing the staff to.
