Worst Amer to go to - Wrong and incomplete information given on RE-Applying for mothers residency and getting rejected 4 times due to improper scanning of documents or uploading incomplete documents. After checking multiple times with the staff they keep telling me its all correct and I was shocked to hear that I need to re-apply again - the previous one was cancelled nor rejected, they resend me around from reception (No RCS Staff available, nor reachable) to data capturing (This guy told me to take a number after waiting for 30+) to the visas. The only thing they stick on my application for 5 month+, very slow, very bad customer service and most easiest job is to tell you go to another counter and wait for your turn. Even if they reception get your token by mistake they still tell you to wait again (No mercy , no responsibility at all) with all that It’s extremely crowded and the infamously quiet hall is filled with irritated people waiting their turn !!! At the end they are always telling you: sorry but we need you to come back again with extra documents. DONT LIKETHIS REM !!!.
