Enquired about repairing a wheel rim, the receptionist told me they were busy and over quoted on the repair. He then said they would have to send the wheel to Sharjah as Abu Dhabi doesn’t have any workshops. The guy kept coming up with excuses as they were busy. Disappointing customer service, they were great in the past, not now.
Gleedon and team are amazing. A true, honest company with excellent pricing and no surprises. Highly recommended.
