Avoid this company. We had a terrible experience renting with them for monthly contract. First of all, we experienced all types of problems related to utilities (the gas stopped working in various occasions and they tried to say that it was a normal occurrence), the power was shut off without notice for over 8 hours, and the hot water stopped working multiple times. Their response time for fixing these issues was incredibly slow and unprofessional. Additionally, the apartment was not clean when we moved in and we had to spend hours cleaning it ourselves. The furniture was old and worn out, and the overall condition of the apartment was not up to our expectations. We faced difficulties with the management team as well, who were uncooperative and unwilling to assist us in resolving these problems.
