I am really surprised that this bank is still operating! they are scammers and thieves.... Back in 2008 i got my car on loan with them and their policy forced me to insure with The Coop insurance and when i had my car accident! the insurance company refused to even consider the accident as even accident and it ended up with me paying huge amount of money as loss! and with regards to my today review!! These thieves DB deducted my car insurance amount from my account without taking my approval and even with prior notice!! this is the 10 time they make a fraud on my account!! I already made official complain againt these thieves and I'm sending this review to all banks forums/ wepsits/ and all possible social media to warn the people agains dealing with this thief bank!!
The do not answer calls and if you lucky and they answer they will transfer the call to the counter who will not answer???? No follow up at all like to call you back or update you or to send you emails.
The worst bank ever, I regret dealing with them. No professionality at all, they are not able to provide any service for Egyptian branches accounts from Dubai branch however they can only open accounts and take your money! However, I had so bad experience with them since asking for an account to transfering money they were not helpful sending me only a discountinued IBAN. So, I did not even successfully transfer INR to an Arab-African Accont number. On the other hand, I could transfer amount to an American account number easily without any difficulties using newly opened AAB account. I made several attempts to get a help & support from Mr Salem, however he just neglecting my emails & leaving them unanswered. Hope you do take notice of this serious issue.
