have an excellent branches in Jordan but I don't know how come most of your branches in Dubai no deposit service in the ATM MACHINES !!!!!

If by any chance if you are going to deposit the cash at the counter, consider carry your snacks and food or a novel with you. Super slow. Took more than 30 Mins to deposit the amount in one account. On top of it the bank was completely empty

Disaster Experience... Elite Costumer ( high category) should wait 30-60 minutes at brach... emails not replied in days... relationship manager can't help... don't bank with them!
