I told them to deliver the dress to my room. But they kept it in front of some other room and left. They didn’t even call me to say that they delivered. When I called them next day, they had no idea. It was very hard for me to find the dress.
I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out with this whole experience. It's been five days since I left my blanket with you guys, and I still haven't gotten it back. I've called your office a bunch of times to check on it, and just found out today that it got mistakenly sent to another customer. Not cool.
This laundry provides very poor service. They do not use proper cleaning methods. I gave them bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases and they were returned to me dirty.
