Never deliver when they say they will. Always delivery is later than promised. Delivery slots are terrible , choose between 09:00 to 18:00 who expects customers to wait all day for delivery. Chat is limited to one or two actions. No one answers the complaints on social media. Terrible
Unbelievable that for a courier company they do not have an emergency number. Would never willingly opt for this company but merchants seem to be using them. The customer service team is also highly annoying with robotic answers and no proper solutions. Avoid at all costs.
I had packages from DFM and I gave the delivery date but I couldn’t be available at the time due to some circumstances and I set new date but they delivered the stuff at time I’m so thankfully for the team keep it up and I’m sorry I’ve rescheduled many dates but I’ve got my packages.good job guys
