It's just opposite the food court escalator from the basement parking lot. Between #160 and #161 grapes parking. Just take the first left after entering the basement parking (parking that google maps leads you), you should see it on the left, opposite to the food court entrance.

The option is poor as there is no option where you can talk directly to their customer service support and our shipment has not been delivered to the recipient more than a month yet we haven't received any notification. In any case whether it was delivered successfully or not they should at least inform the sender immediately.
