Went to get my daughter’s ears pierced and I was dissatisfied with the service provided. Though the attendants were kind, the procedure was rushed rather than taking the extra time a 4 month old requires. My daughter is very active, thus it was a challenge to hold her still, but the attendant did not try to soothe her or make any effort to calm her down. The piercing was done quickly and my daughter cried for a while after. I expected a more gentle and careful approach for such a delicate procedure.
Dr Tarekh is one of the best doctors in the UAE. He made our experience super positive and relaxing. Highly recommended him. Sales agent Maria who works with the clinic is amazing, patient and understanding while taking into account all our needs!
The staff literally do not care at all, from the phone call for booking where you have to call multiple times to get an answer, to WhatsApp’s unanswered, unanswered emails, multiple follow ups for lab test results. I have had 2 appointments and in non of them was I happy, felt truly welcome nor taken care of. At my last appointment no pain killers were used and it was unnecessarily painful. I am very disappointed and will not go back.
