Returned a pair of shoes. It's been 7 months and I still have not received my refund despite following up 4 or 5 times with the store. Every time I ask they call the bank and tell me I should have the refund in a couple of days, but nothing.
Horrible experience. Impatient sales lady who thought it made more sense for me to go to GoSports instead cause she didn’t care to explain to me enough about Low arch or flat feet and what shoes are good for me. If I didn’t have a problem I’d go to Nike... duh... try and up your game. Or it’s gonna be a Kodak moment for you
Wanted to try out some trainers they offered me socks someone else used. ???? I like the trainers but I'm not buying.
