My daughter was interested in a Herschel bag advertised at 161aed. When we proceeded to checkout, the cashier explained that the bag was 185aed and that a mistake was made. The assistant offered no apology and refused to sell the bag at the advertised price.

Rude staff. One Desi guy and black lady laughing at us and judging us while shopping. I took their photos and filed a complaint with Dubai Consumer Protection.
