Bought Project rock shoes online (Saudi Arabia) it has factory defect tried to open request with UA support team they close the case without any support, where is the Quality check team??! pathetic customer support.
Very bad experience i had shared my problem regarding travel issue and return of the products. Sadly they dont even bother to considering replying or giving a call back to customer.
Ordered a pair on 7th Feb. Processed a return the next day I received it due to size issues. Had to follow up with them over chat/phone to get the shoe collected which they did after 10-12 days. Still awaiting the refund to be processed.
