I need to first state that, this is not a forced review. I am writing this out of my own personal experience at Audi Al Naboodah. The service is outstanding, Mr. Abdulla Ahmed Al Mamaari was the sales person assigned to me. I went into that showroom with many queries and spoke to many people, including the Sales Director Mr. Mustafa, however Mr. Abdulla and Mr. Mustafa addressed every single query possible (even on one occasion till late night) and made sure I was taken care of in the best possible way. I must note here, that I have been a customer of their Service division as well and even there I have always found outstanding service. A special mention is due to Mr. Zeeshan and Ms. Amani who made sure our interactions were professional as could be and that my issue was addressed properly. My family and I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work.
