I was with a friend who picked up their new Audi Q5, and as usual the staff were courteous and the Sales Person who helped was great and made sure everything was on time and as ordered, makes sure you ask for Mohd Taher at the Mussafah branch he did an amazing job.
Yesterday I had My A6 serviced. As always Obeida was in charge and as always the result was perfect. I got my car back on time as agreed and everything I requested was done. Obeida is especially helpful as he will never suggest to do any work on the car that is not needed. The prices are at par to the service provided.
I had a terrible experience at the Audi service center. Obaida was assigned to fix an issue on my 2022 Audi car, but after a day of them keeping the car he called me and informed me that the warranty of the vehicle was cancelled as the car … More
