We went to this Spa with my husband. The ladies who did our massage sessions were not professional at all. It seemed like they couldn’t wait to get it over with.
The experience was just wow and the big thanks to Chaima and Nistasia for their professional services and I will definitely come back here whenever am in Rak to do the same Moroccan Bath with these two amazing Hostesses. Thank you guys for the good feeling I am having now.
I booked massages for me and my partner months in advance. We turned up at the spa to be told our massages had not been booked into their system, despite us receiving not one but two email confirmations of our booking. Very disappointing!!
