We called the company 4 times and the hospital sent them the request many times their excuse was that they can't open the document. The same case happened with my husband before 3 months and in both cases we where admitted in the hospital as emergency cases.
Terrible service as I have full comprehensive car insurance with AXA and they sent my car to a garage that actually ruined it and it is now worse than when I took it to them. They even broke parts that were perfect. The worst insurer I have ever had.
Bad experience with AXA, 10 years with them then they refused to rectify the camera cover which mentioned in saaed report. Stated this is not their scope. Sorry I dont recommended them and for more info plz send me a msg

They do not take customer seriously. They are not responding for the calls. They should respect the time of the customer.
AXA always delays insurance claims and tries their best to reduce the total cost so the repair place will return less than the total cash cover.
