Wonderful customer service by Mr Mahmood (Axiom) and Mr. Treesan (Samsung Rep) when I visited the store yesterday to avail of mobile phone exchange offers. They were extremely patient and helpful with all queries, even waiting well beyond closing hours to complete their service. Kudos !!

Good store, they have very good range of accessories but be careful with the prices as they can be sometimes higher than the norm.
