4 months before i bought Samsung Note mobile in Axiom showroom City Centre Fujairah. Now mobile volume up down side button came out. I have 1-year warranty so I visited Axiom showroom, but the staff didn't check the mobile. He said I can't get warranty because I misused the mobile. The staff is one Egyptian tall guy. Very poor customer service.
One staff is worst, especially the tall and tiny Egyptian guy wearing reading eyeglasses. Stupid and rude, not helpful at all. I wonder why the management keeps that kind of staff. They should fire or transfer him.
