Horrible horrible experience for non resident clients. Unable to transfer money from my BOFA to HSBC bank in Dubai for the last 3 month. Screwed up processes and broken up transfer process.. Call center reps have no power to resolve broken system.
The customer service is bad and I will do a formal complaint on their website.
This is not a Bank of America Financial center and Bank in Dubai, this is Merrill Lynch investment company, so unnecessary to visit to getting banking assistance here, waste of time and money. In Dubai, there is no support from Bank of America.
