Bank of Baroda's services are terrible. They have extremely unprofessional staff who have a typical Indian bureaucracy mentality. Even for small tasks, they are inefficient and unproductive. The new Chief Executive is especially disappointing. I have been a customer for the past 2 years, and the service has only gotten worse over time. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

The service at Bank of Baroda is abysmal for NRIs. They only have 3 counters available for customers, regardless of the crowd. The average waiting time on weekdays is over 30 minutes. I had a terrible experience with Bank of Baroda. I received an SMS to update my KYC, even though my documents were valid for another 3 months. I visited the branch and met with a representative who assured me that all my documents were updated and sent me on my way.
