Bank of Baroda's services are terrible. They have extremely unprofessional staff who have a typical Indian bureaucracy mentality. Even for small tasks, they are inefficient and unproductive. The new Chief Executive is especially disappointing. I have been a customer for the past 2 years, and the service has only gotten worse over time. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
