We had a bad experience with this shop, we have agreed with them to deliver the flower arrangement by 4:30 pm to an exact location. We called them at 4:00 to check if the delivery is on the way, the guy on the phone was not professional and he replied that he is busy working and the delivery will be out soon. We got the delivery by 5:12;
