Used to be way better. I still have nostalgic connections to the place, however, the place has gone a little downhill. Ice cream feels overpriced. I tried the lotus cheesecake dish recently. Not worth 30 dhs, wouldn't even give half the price for it. Cheesecake?! Felt like sponge cake.

Ohhhh, I was shocked and very bad experience faced this time. A long sticky hair found in ice cream and immediately drive back to Hamdan outlet and informed the sales guy. I asked him to make a complaint and give me feedback on actions taken, he replaced the ice cream but no reply from BR.
