Last week, was my birthday and as a gift for myself I bought a dress shoes from another Bata outlet. I wore it the next day but after a while, I realized that the shoe was too tight and uncomfortable. I went to this Bata outlet and explained the situation. Haryatee and Alan were very understanding and helped me to find a more comfortable pair of shoes. They went above and beyond to make sure that I left the store satisfied.
