Bath & Body Works has everything that I need, it's impossible to leave the store with empty hands. It's clean, well organized and it smells really good. The staff is great and they provide excellent customer service.
Excellent customer service and helpful staff in this branch. I bought a candle and while shopping in the mall I dropped the bag and the staff quickly came to my assistance and gave me a replacement. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.
We are big fans of BBW candles as we really love the scents. Yesterday, we visited BBW branch in Me'aisem City Centre and it was a delightful experience. The staff there, Saba and Sean, were really helpful despite the busy shop. They provided great recommendations and made our shopping experience enjoyable.
