Slightly expensive but very reliable. No hidden charges. You get the deposit back and that's the most important thing. The only gap was that the car may not be in the perfect condition, like last time when the air conditioning was not working properly. Overall, I had a good experience with Belhasa Car Rental.
The response from Sheila Geronimo, was always quick and appreciable. Used the car for almost 9 months on rental basis from Belhasa and the service provided was commendable. I had no issues or complaints throughout my lease period.
I will not suggest to take a car from Belhasa. They simply wasted our 2 days for their processing period. We provided all our documents including my room address, office address, friends' details, company landline, credit card details lots. But still, they were not able to process quickly. Plus, the car we got was not in the best condition, it had a few scratches and interior wear. The staff were not very helpful either. I suggest looking for other car rental options.
