I was inquiring today and the lady seems not interested to entertain me, and doing her things ( e.g. spraying perfume,drinking, ) while answering my queries. The rating is for poor customer service.

Agent is rude and impatient. Even though there was no queue, and I was the only customer, the guy couldn't speak any faster. Because of him, I'm hesitant to get my license at belhasa, I'd rather pay a bit more and go to edi.
