Had a good experience buying a new laptop today from the young team at Best Buy Regina. I feel like they were able to tolerate all of my questions and hesitations, then had even more patience helping me to set up my device. I am a committed customer for life. I think this takes a lot of the stress out of electronics.

Ordered some ear buds online for son, he needed(wanted) them soon. They stated they were delivered 3 days ago, nothing showed up. Contacted Best Buy and they offer no assistance, feels like I'm just going to lose my money and Best Buy … More
