BG did our pool, landscape, and pergola. The pergola started tilting after a few years. We had to fix/rebuilt almost everything they made. Bad judgement re materials and craftsmanship, and take no responsibility for their mistakes. Would not recommend.

I'm not sure who this company got a 5 star rating! I called 3 times to arrange a site visit by their team to check my garden and give me a quotation for the work. No one called me back. When I finally managed to speak to someone, she said our "engineer" is very busy!!! what kind of customer service is this!! shocking!
