We should have been informed when we bought a 5 day ticket on 30th April that the frequency of service was going to be halved from every 30 minutes to once an hour from 1st May. We took a taxi to get the 10.00am bus to the Mosque on 1st May only to find it had been withdrawn. A complete lack of communication which is unacceptable.
Excellent tour. Very view people up on top of the bus due to heat. But the best way to see the city if you are one a layover. Bus stop for A1 bus from the terminal is right next to the big bus stop in town!
Long time between busses. Lacking visable signage at stops. Quality of audio just OK. Very expensive for what you get, a taxi would be cheaper. Other cities around the world have been good, I would advise against the Big Bus Abu Dhabi.
