The customer service was absolutely terrible. The staff was unhelpful and lacked knowledge, and they didn't seem to care about helping me find the right shoes. I ended up leaving without buying anything, and I won't be returning to this store anytime soon.

The quality of the flops is amazing but the customer service is on a lower level. I visited the Outlet mall in Dubai on 18/09/2020 around 20:30 to buy a pair of flops but I got a guy who didn't want to do anything. I asked for the size but the guy didn't show any interest in helping me.
