I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with BIT CULTURE COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE(my previous call center company). Not only did they fail to pay my salary, but I also discovered that they were involved in dodgy business practices. I would not recommend working with them.
Cold calling dodgy business…. Every week they cold call…. When I asked for the agent's name, he refused to share and said they won’t share as customers would report them. When I insisted, he hung up… I suggest everyone complain to DED just as I did.
Kept cold calling and every time I told them I'm not interested, they asked for a reason. It's frustrating and annoying, I would avoid them.
I had a very bad experience with BIT CULTURE COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE. The customer service was terrible and the staff was rude. I would not recommend their telemarketing service.
BIT CULTURE COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE has the worst value for money. They charge a lot for their subpar telemarketing service. It is not worth it at all.
