My passport is already with your delivery person. This is the third day after his call and still its not delivered to me. If I did not receive it by tomorrow I am going to approach police and complaint about this. Someone cannot keep my passport with themself without delivering it.
My Daughter's passport has been delivered since 1 Week from BLS since then I have been trying to reach them on 04-2567401 but no response.
I got a message from BLS that my son's passport is couriered with Blitz.. however to schedule the delivery i tried calling the landline number provided but no response and nobody is picking the call... Also, nobody contacted me from their side for delivery,,, and even after 2 days hours pf trying somebody to pick up the call, eventually someone picked up and confirmed my delivery for today, today being cutoff i asked for the delivery time, customer support agent fumbled and said he s helping some other customer and asked me to call the delivery guy. Unprofessional and insulting.. no word of sorry or even concern about my problem faced... while I was talking to the delivery guy he just hung up on me.... Highly highly disappointed from the service...
