Had a very good experience and the staff Ms lekshmi served us very well and made the process very easy for my kids passport renewal. Appreciating the service. All over the staffs where all very pleasant and helping minded ????????
Very poorly managed. Typical Indian system. Despite taking an appointment for a newborn passport which should ideally be a priority consideration. We had to wait for 1 hour even after booking an appointment.
No value for time. I take an appointment for my kid passport renewal. As we got appointment at 2pm and we have to wait more than 2 hour to reach the counter. There is no priority for women and kids. Very poor service. And very disappointed.
