I booked a session thinking it was a tutorial type, but a make-up service. Before we started I asked what essential items should I get (cost of the make-up service that was redeemable) to achieve the classic and famous nude Bobbi Brown look. She wrote a list with all the supplies and I purchased every product on that expensive list. It wasn't until the end of the session that I found I didn't need any of them, she literally spent the whole session applying her own make-up routines, I was merely the canvas. She gave me written instructions with products and how to apply them. She was extremely rude when I emailed her back telling her she wasted my time and money. I would expect bobbi Brown to tell you this MASSIVE amount of products aren't really necessary, but NOOO. By the way in the session she now said a total of 4 product could have been enough.
