Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me disappointed and frustrated with the level of professionalism and customer service provided by your staff. The staff members I encountered were rude and unhelpful, and I felt ignored and dismissed when I tried to ask for assistance. The wait time was also excessive, and I ended up leaving the store without purchasing anything. Overall, my experience at Boots was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this store to others.
