Bought a bottle of ear drops today to free up ear blockage from swimming. Got back to hotel to find bottle had already been opened and bottle was a third full! Will be going back to seek refund or replacement. Not a good experience!

There’s a lady who works in boots which is beyond annoying. I turned her down multiple times and didn’t ask for her help. She gave unwanted comments too. Please employ someone who’s professional.
