I bought one Bose frame in this store, and it some time not turn off automatically so l come to this store to ask for help, but the staff here ask me must show him the problem,how can l show him the problem if one electronics frame sometimes works correctly and sometimes doesn't?

Bose products are the best, but this company's service after you buy a product is the worst. They take weeks to replace a defect headphone!!!! Besides, they will never help if you lose your invoice!
