Would give 0 stars if I could. GROSSLY overcharged for a sample, got a whole lot of attitude when I was asking for my sample to be delivered to me at the time they told me it would be ready. It was not, they delayed it by another 6-7 hours.
Terrible customer service. Forgot to check reviews before connecting with them. Plus very arrogant staff. If you cannot give a quote on time and follow a deadline, just accept it rather than talking soo arrogantly.
This is our 2nd transaction with them and so far they were able to deliver goods as expected. They are easy to deal with in terms of sending a quote and tracking order. Will order from them again.
